摘    要:节能减排、热能综合利用和水资源保护是化工装置综合生产指标评定的重要因素。本文对格尔木炼油厂10×10^4t和30×10^4t甲醇装置的余热回收、蒸汽冷凝液利用进行计算分析,探讨了蒸汽冷凝液替代脱盐水、转化气热量综合利用在生产过程中的应用。提出的改造方案可节省低压蒸汽23000kg/h,水63750kg/h,年节省费用为2943万元。

Abstract:The energy saving, thermal utilization and water resource protection are important factors for estimating the comprehensive production index to chemical equipments. The afterheat recovery and steam condensate liquid utilization in 10 × 10^4t and 30 × 10^4t methanol equipments in Geermu oil refinery are caculated and analyzed in this paper and a reform plan, using steam condensate liquid replacing the demineralization water and comprehensive utilization of transformation steam heat during the production process, is put forword and the plan wakes the low pressure steam saving about 23 000kg/h,water saving 63 750 kg/h and the cost saving 29 430 000 yuan per year.
