加快山西省红枣加工龙头企业技术创新发展的分析

山西省是我国红枣原产地和主产区之一，以山西恒丰实业有限公司等单位为代表的红枣加工龙头企业依托红枣产业，加快技术创新步伐，将生产、加工、销售连接起来，初步形成了红枣产业化链条，推动了山西枣业经济的发展，但是也存在一些问题。文章分析了红枣加工龙头企业在技术创新发展过程中存在的一些制约因素，并提出了发展建议，以期实现经济效益与社会效益双丰收。

Analysis the Development of Leading Jujube Processing Enterprise Technological Innovation in Shanxi Province

Shanxi is China＇s jujube main origin, the jujube processing enterprises represented by Shanxi Hengfeng Industry CO., LTD rely on the jujube resources, speed up the pace of technological innovation, integrate the production, processing and marketing,take preliminary shape of red jujube processing industrialization link, promote the development of Shanxi jujube economy, but there are still some problems. This paper analyzes the restricting factors on technological innovation of leading jujube processing enterprise in Shanxi province, proposed the suggestions for jujube innovation, in order to realize of the gains in economic benefit and social benefit.
