| 摘 要： | 中医诊断过程中存在着大量的不确定信息,使得需要精确数据的计算机很难参与其中.阐述了案例推理和模糊推理的基本概念和原理,结合中医领域知识的特点,提出一种模糊规则推理机制.采用基于案例的模糊推理机制来实现推理过程,融合了人工智能领域的案例和模糊推理技术,并应用于中医诊断.实践证明:该机制具备良好的推理能力,能够为医生的正确判断提供决策支持.

| Abstract: | There is a lot of uncertain information in the process of Chinese medicine diagnosis. So it is difficult to understand for computer which need more accurate data. The basic concepts and principles of Case-based Reasoning(CBR) and Rule-based Reasoning(RBR) were described,and a fuzzy rules reasoning mechanism combining with the characteristics of Chinese medicine domain knowledge was proposed. The mechanism realized reasoning process by integrating case-based reasoning with the fuzzy-based reasoning,and was applied to the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine. The results showed that this mechanism had good reasoning ability and could provide decision support for the doctor's correct judgment. |
