| 摘 要： | 我校学生受当地经济文化的影响,思想守旧,体育基础差。为了顺利开展女子健美操选项课,入学后的第一学年,我们采用宣传、诱导等必要措施。在教学中,结合实际和健美操课教学的特点,改革教学、练习方法,圆满地完成了女子健美操选项课教学任务。
