土壤中甲螨孳生与铅污染相关性研究

摘    要:对土壤中甲螨孳生的种群数量与土壤铅污染之间的相互关系进行探讨.于市区主干道、乡村道路两侧外1m、6m、11m各设一采样点,分别垂直分层采集50份每份为10×10×10 cm3的土壤.统计并鉴定每份标本中甲螨,同时测定土壤中铅的含量.结果显示市区主干道两侧的总体铅含量显著高于乡村道路(P<0.01).市区主干道两侧总体甲螨的密度、丰度显著高于乡村道路两旁(P<0.01)且优势属不同.因此说市区主干道两侧土壤中存在明显的铅污染,污染区甲螨种群数量和孳生密度明显增加,且与铅污染程度密切相关;甲螨似可作为土壤污染监测的指示生物.

Abstract:The relationship between the species,number of oribatid mites and the level of plumbum pollution was explored in this study.50 soil samples(10×10×10 cm3/sample) were collected from different depth in areas beside 1m,6m and 11m of both urban and rural road.Oribatid mites in each sample were isolation and identified.And plumbum content of each sample was detected in the same time.The results showed that the total content of plumbum in area besides urban road were significantly higher than that in rural road(P<0.01).The density and abundance of the oribatid mites in area besides urban road were significantly higher than that in rural road(P<0.01),and the dominant genera of the two areas are also different.So was certain Plumbum pollution in area besides urban road and the density and abundance of the oribatid mites there were obviously different from area besides rural road.It seems that the oribatid mites had close relationship with plumbum pollution in soil and plays some indicator role in plumbum in soil.
