深水浅层导管喷射参数优化

摘    要:目前深水表层导管下入施工大多数采用喷射法进行,钻井参数的合理选择对于深水表层导管喷射钻进起着至关重要的作用。基于室内模拟实验、现场模拟实验和现场应用试验数据分析,建立了钻压和排量参数与喷射下入速度之间的关系模型,得出了钻压和排量参数是影响导管喷射下入速度和等候时间的关键因素。研究成果已经在西非深水JDZ-2-1井进行了现场的应用,取得了很好的应用效果,能够为今后深水钻井设计和现场施工提供科学依据和技术指导。

Abstract:Jetting was widely used in deepwater conductor operation. Reasonable selection of drilling parameters is very important for conductor jetting in deepwater. Relational model between jetting ROP(penetration of rate) and the drilling fluid flowrate and WOB(weight on bit) parameters were established based on the lab experiment, field test and analysis of field application data, results show that flowrate and WOB parameters are the key factors for ROP of conductor jetting and the soaking time. The research achievement has been successfully applied in deepwater JDZ-2-1 well in West Africa, and it will provide scientific basis and technical guidance for deepwater well design and site operation.
