分布式电网中风电逆变器无源无损缓冲电路的研究

摘    要:分布式电网中逆变环节发挥着举足轻重的作用,而功率开关的安全问题直接影响着逆变器的可靠性,因此逆变器开关缓冲电路的设计至关重要。传统缓冲电路主要以缓冲电阻消耗关断电压,损耗大,能量利用率低,介绍了一种无源无损缓冲电路,缓冲效果良好,能量损耗低。通过Matlab软件和样机实验分别对其进行分析测试,验证了其缓冲效果和特性,从而为开关缓冲电路设计提供借鉴。

Abstract:Inverter aspects play a significant role in distributed grid.The security issues of power switch affect the reliability of the inverter directly,so it is essential to design the buffer circuit of switching side. Traditional buffer circuit is mainly consumed off voltage by buffer resistor, loss of large ,low energy utilization . This paper introduces a passive lossless buffer circuit, whose buffer effect is good and Energy loss is low. It is analyzed and tested through Matlab software and prototype experiments to verify its buffer effects and features to provide a reference for the switch buffer circuit design.
