基于电动控制平流层飞艇排气阀设计与研究

摘    要:排气阀是平流层飞艇压力调节控制系统的核心部件,其性能直接影响飞艇的安全运行。针对传统排气阀灵活性差以及控制精度不高等缺点,提出一种基于电动控制的平流层飞艇排气阀新方案。介绍了阀门的设计要求、结构特点以及控制原理。运用流体力学基本原理并结合地面测试试验,分析了排气阀的实际流量系数,获得了排气阀的精确流量。通过平流层飞艇飞行试验验证了新方案的可行性,结果表明,采用该方案的排气阀能够满足平流层飞艇飞行要求,为飞艇长时间飞行和压力调节提供了技术支持。

Abstract:Exhaust valve is the key component of pressure control system for stratospheric airship; its performance directly affects the safe operation of airship. On the basis of analyzing traditional exhaust valve technology, give a new scheme of stratospheric airship exhaust valve based-on electronic control. The design requirement, structure characteristic and control principle are introduced. The fluid mechanics principle is employed and combines with the ground detection test, analyze the actual flow of exhaust valve. The stratospheric airship flight test is used to validate the feasibility of the new scheme. Results show that the new exhaust valve is reasonable and reliable, which provides technical support for stratospheric airship in long time flight and pressure control.
