摘    要:稠油界面检测对于稠油的开采利用具有重要意义,然而现有的检测技术效率差,准确率低。建立了稠油和水的热传递模型,主要是热传导和热对流模型,同时也提出了固体壁面的热传递模型,主要是热辐射模型,进行了稠油粘度与温度的实验测定,提出了黏温关系模型。设计了以红外光谱为探测元的界面检测实验,采用了铜和玻璃两种热传导介质,与实验测温结果与传导对流模型一致,证明了所提模型的正确性。

Abstract:Heavy oil interface detection is of great significance for the heavy oil exploitation, however, the existing detection techniques have some drawbacks, such as poor efficiency and low accuracy. This paper has established a heat transfer model of heavy oil and water, mainly heat conduction and convection model, and a heat transfer model of solid wall, mainly thermal radiation model, experimental determination of the heavy oil viscosity with temperature, is conducted and the viscosity-temperature relationship model is proposed. Interface detection experiment is designed in which detection unit is infrared spectrum and the heat transfer medium is copper and glass, respectively, the experimental results are consistent, which proved the validity of the proposed model.
