摘    要:教师评价是学校管理的重要环节,也是一项十分复杂而重要的活动。发展性教师评价把教师评价的发展功能置于核心地位,以可持续发展理论为指导,以促进教师发展、提高教学质量为目的,应当成为教师评价的主要方向。文章对发展性教师评价的内涵、原则、方式等方面进行了阐述,并尝试构建了发展性教师评价的指标体系。

Abstract:Teacher evaluation is an important part in school management. And it's a very complex work. Developmental teacher evaluation takes the development function of teachers evaluation as a core . This kind of evaluation system is based on the theory of continual development and aims to advance teachers. This article interprets the connotation and principles and styles of developmental teacher evaluation, and tries to construct the target system of developmental teacher evaluation.
