旅游企业跨国经营程度测量模型构建

摘    要:对于旅游企业跨国经营程度测量方面的研究目前尚处于探索和起步阶段,通过对2000~2008年12家实施跨国经营的中外旅游企业(108个个案)的探索性因子分析,构建了包括海外销售收入比重和海外员工比重等9个测量指标,以及市场营销、组织结构、人力资源等3个因子(潜在变量)的旅游企业跨国经营程度测量模型,尝试为纵向和横向比较、历时和共时地比较旅游企业跨国经营程度提供测量标准.
