| 摘 要： | 刊宗旨、刊期变更情况、基金论文比和均篇论文作者数、影响因子、总被引频次以及美国《工程索引》(EI)收录情况等量化指标的角度评价了期刊质量。同时，也指出了只有继续追踪学术热点，进一步贴近工程实际，力争各项评价指标再上新台阶，才能使学报办得更好。

| Abstract: | For the journals of science and technology, quality is its core part. Combining with the Journal of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, journal quality is evaluated by such quantization indexes as journal tenet, issue variation , ratio of the number of papers financially supported by foundations to the number of authors per paper, influence factor, cited frequency and the number of papers included in American Engineering Index,etc. Furthermore, it also points out that the quality of journals can be further improved only by continuing to keep track of academic hotspots,connect with the actual situation of engineering and improve the various evaluation indexes. |
