摘    要:采用盐酸对电石渣进行净化处理后制备球形超细CaCO3。通过探讨盐酸处理电石渣的控制参数,以及正交优化反应物浓度、搅拌速度、滴加速度、分散剂种类及用量等因素,得出较佳的制备工艺参数,并采用测色仪、SEM、TEM、XRD等对球形超细CaCO3的性能进行检测。结果表明:产品中CaCO3含量〉99%,白度〉98,平均晶粒尺寸为45nm,电镜平均粒径约为80nm,比表面积约为32m^2·g^-1,达到GB/19590-2004《超微细碳酸钙》中NCC-100级产品的技术指标要求。
