| 摘 要： | 采用盐酸对电石渣进行净化处理后制备球形超细CaCO3。通过探讨盐酸处理电石渣的控制参数，以及正交优化反应物浓度、搅拌速度、滴加速度、分散剂种类及用量等因素，得出较佳的制备工艺参数，并采用测色仪、SEM、TEM、XRD等对球形超细CaCO3的性能进行检测。结果表明：产品中CaCO3含量〉99％，白度〉98，平均晶粒尺寸为45nm，电镜平均粒径约为80nm，比表面积约为32m^2·g^-1，达到GB／19590-2004《超微细碳酸钙》中NCC-100级产品的技术指标要求。
