教师教学水平的多元分层评估模型

摘    要:应用聚类分析与主成分分析方法,给出了一个多元分层评估模型,并且给出了一个教师教学水平评估的应用实例,结果表明,该模型较通常的评估方法更能反映评估对象的本质特征.

Abstract:In this paper,the method of cluster and principal component analysis was applied to build a multivariate hierarchical evaluation model,it also obtained an applied example to evaluate the level of teachers' teaching.The result showed that this model was mirrored the character of the object for evaluation more clearly than general evaluable method.
