固体物料混合过程中混合度的研究

摘    要:应用自行研制的多参数混合机,利用标准玻璃球模拟混合介质,对混合过程中的混合时间,装料填充系数,转筒倾斜角和转速等工艺参数进行了系统研究,从中找出一些改善混合质量的因素,建立了计算混合度的计算公式,同时确定了上述工艺参数的参考值。

Abstract:Employing a self-developed and constructed mulitparametric mixing machine and using standard glass beads to simulate the mixing media, a systematic study is carried out on process parameters such as the time of mixing, packing coefficient of the packed materials, sloping angle of the rotating drum and rotating speed. Factors for improving the quality of mixing are found, a formula for calculation the degree mixing has been developed and reference values for the above process parameters are established.
