摘    要:本文应用银杏叶提取物及口服药物银可络治疗老年冠心病患者26例,观察治疗前、后血液流变学(包括血液\还原\血浆粘度,红细胞压积\刚性\变形\聚集指数)及心功能指标(包括每搏量\心排血量\射血分数)的变化(p<0.01-0.05),结果发现治疗后左心室收缩期功能明显改善.所有数据经统计学处理用x±s表示,组间差异采用t检验.讨论银杏叶提取物及其主要有效成分黄酮苷和银杏内脂的扩张动脉血管,降低血粘度,抑制血小板聚集,拮抗特异性血小板活化因子,改善周围血管循环等作用.本实验提示老年冠心病口才长期服用银可络,可缓解心绞痛,预防心肌梗塞及猝死发生;血液粘度增加是冠心病的潜在危险因素,降低血液粘度对预防老年冠心病有着重要意义.

Abstract:Extraction of flavonoids from Chinese traditional and herbal drugs was of important significance to cure, treat and prevent tumour, senescence and cardiovascular diseases, which had fairly good market prospect at present. Flavonoids that are important and natural organic compounds were produced during plants metabolization, which has been the potential source of the search of lead biologically active compounds and has also been the emphasis of the research, development and ultilization at home and aboard in the recent 30 years. Total chemical extracts of Ginkgo biloba Leaf , obtained by several conventional and modern extraction ways through experimental design and optimization, were used as pharmaceutical preparation and given by oral administration in order to observe variation of clinic medical indices before and after treatment of various patients. The results indicated that the extracts can remarkably change the medical performance such as blood rheological parameters, heart functional indices, for the aged patients. Satisfactory purity of the end-product with 37.3%, obviously exceeded 24% purity according to international standard. Sequently, some flavonoids were taken as effective components. Total flavonoid extracts obtained by traditional extraction procedure and purified through separation on resins were further examined for its application in medical treatment with good results obtained.
