摘    要:对安徽省五所高校的调查显示:不论性别、年龄、学位、专业、职称、教龄和岗位,新建本科高校教师均感到有职业压力,且较大。职业压力主要来源于学校、社会和教师个人三方面。为防止职业压力过重带来不利影响,学校、社会和教师要从各自不同的层面采取措施来缓解教师的职业压力。

Abstract:A survey with five newly-founded undergraduate universities reveals that: teachers in such universities are suffering,to a certain high degree,occupational stresses without reference to gender,age,academic degree,major,positional titles,teaching years,or post.The stresses mainly come from three aspects,namely,the universities,the society,and the teachers themselves.In order to prevent those heavy stresses from bringing out unfavorable effects,the universities and society,and teachers themselves should take measures from different dimensions and perspectives to help release teachers' occupational stresses.
