时频分析方法在机器故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:阐述了短时傅氏分析、Wigner分布及小波分析等时频分析方法和特点;对间隙非线性机械系统振动信号进行了小波分析,发现了间隙非线性机械系统振动信号在小波分解中的状态特征,应有和时频分析方法对MCNC82数控磨床进行了故障诊断,结果表明时频 分析方法对非线性机械系统的故障诊断比较有效。

Abstract:The time frequency analysis methods, such as STFT, Wigner distribution and wavelet transform are studied. The state characteristics of non linear mechanical system in wavelet transform are found. The fault of MCNC82 numerically controlled machine tool are diagnosed by time frequency analysis methods. It has been proved that the time frequency analysis methods are effective for the mechanical fault diagnosis.
