不同水稻品种幼苗期的耐寒生理鉴定及其利用

摘    要:试验结果表明,在相同低温胁迫条件下,新香优63和9910两个水稻品种幼苗无论是导电率,还是MDA的含量均高于金优402幼苗,而可溶性糖和总叶绿素含量却明显低于金优402,说明金优402品种具有较强的耐寒性.

Abstract:The experiment shows that (young sprout of) the new Rice Xiangyou 63 and 9 910 are superior to the Rice Jinyou 402 in electrical conductivity and the content of MDA under the same low-temperature duress, but are obviously lower than the Rice Jinyou 402 in the content of soluble sugar carbohydrate and the whole Chlorophyll. This indicates that the Rice Jinyou 402 possesses a better Chilling-Resistance.
