| 摘 要： | 枣丹颗粒系名老中医多年经验方，临床疗效肯定，为进一步开发新药，采用现代药理方法对其主要药效学进行了研究，结果表明枣丹颗粒可明显减少小鼠自主活动次数，延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间，与阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠具有协同作用，同时对小鼠的学习和记忆活动无明显损害。

| Abstract: | The result showed ZaoDan(keli) could decrease the times of animal self - activity no-tablely .prolong the sleep time of mice produced by pentobarbital obviously,and increase the quantity of sleeping animals caused by pentobarbital in subthreshold hypnosisdose, in the same time , the ability to study and memorize couldn't be damaged obviously. |
