美洲黑杨与滇杨杂交亲本和杂种的同工过氧化物酶比较

摘    要:用聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳法分析了美洲黑杨与滇杨杂交的亲本和杂种株系,共17个材料(其中有两个参照材料)的同工过氧化物酶。结果表明每种材料都有特异的酶谱特征,并用二维排序法对酶谱的相似程度进行研究。17个材料排序聚类为6个类群,其中10个杂种材料确实是杂种的不同株系。分为两个类群,一群(Gsm)酶谱较似母本美洲黑杨,一群(Gsfm)较似滇杨。本文所用的排序法在多个材料的酶谱分析中有较多优越性。

Abstract:By means of plate polyacryamide gel elecrophoresis,isoperoxidase of 15patents and hybrids in Populus deltoides X P. Yunnanensis,as well as two reference plantwere analysed.Their zymogramatic differences is obvious.Each parent clone,hybridsand reference plant possesses its specific zymogram,distinguishable from others.Accord-ing to their zymogramtic similaryty has calculated with the method of polarordinatin. They may be grouped into two categories.The first category have been morezymogramatic character of parent clone. The second category have been morezymogramatic character of male clone of P. yunnanensis.The polar ordination methodin study of isozyme zymogram of a lot materials have greater advantage.
