GC-MS分析生物质热解油的研究

摘    要:将流化床热解反应器上由不同生物质原料在不同反应条件下制得的生物油,用GC-MS法分离和鉴定其化学成分.经谱库检索得到50余种成分,主要为小分子的酸、酚和酮类.通过比较发现生物质原料对生物油的组成具有较大影响,而热解温度对生物油的组成影响不大.

Abstract:Several kinds of bio-oils are produced by pyrolysis process of different biomass materials in a fluidized bed pyrolyzer.Those biomass oils have been analyzed by GC-MS method,and the chemical components in the bio-oils have been identified by MS database.There are more than fifty recognized components in the bio-oils.Most of the chemicals are organic acids,phenols and ketones,etc.Comparing the analytical results of bio-oils with different materials and pyrolysis conditions, biomass materials have salient influence on the chemical compounds of bio-oils.Meanwhile,the temperatures of pyrolysis have little effect on the chemical components of bio-oils of the same material.
