| 摘 要： | 本文探讨光辐射对毛柄金钱菌不同生长发育阶段的效应.并对光辐射促进子实体形态建成的机制,光辐射引起子实体氨基酸含量、超微结构和细胞膜透性的变化进行综合研究.根据系统工程的理论,利用电子计算机技术建立了光照度、光辐射时间、光辐射时期与毛柄金钱菌不同生长发育阶段的效应函数模型,经计算机模拟试验获得了优化的光辐射因子的定量化数据.

| Abstract: | This paper reports the effects of light at different growth stages of flammulina velutipes.The mechanism on forming fruit-body, the content of amino acids, ultrastructure and permeability of cell membrane under light were studied syntheti-cally.Based on the system engineering theory,the mathematics models relating light intensity, the duration of light, the beginning time of light and some indexes respectively have been established at different growth stages. The optimum quantitative data were gained as a result of electric computer analogue. |
