| 摘 要： | 以半胱胺为原料,合成了N2S2类双功能联接剂前体即N-(2”-对甲氧苄巯乙基)-2-[(2’-对甲氧苄巯乙基)氨基]乙酰胺。介绍了两种合成方法的技术路线及操作过程,并给出了产率。通过IR1、HNMR等对中间产物及产物进行了确证。此外,将合成的化合物制成更稳定且易于保存的盐酸盐,并经IR等进行了检验,确定了此处理是合理可行的。 |

| Abstract: | N-[2~"-(4-methoxybenzylmercapto)ethyl]-2-[(2~'-(4-methoxybenzylmercapto)ethyl)amino] acetamide as the precuror of N_2S_2 series bifunctional coupling agent(BFCA) was synthesized by using Cysteamine as raw material.The intermediate and the final product were investigated by IR and ~1HNMR.The hydrochloride of this compound was prepared,which is more stable than its chelators,the feasibility of this method was also testified by measuring some relevant spetroscopic properties of samples as prepared. |
