乙烯裂解C9馏分热聚合制备石油树脂研究

摘    要:以乙烯裂解副产C9馏分为原料,采用热聚合反应C9制备石油树脂.探讨了反应时间、反应温度和反应压力对石油树脂收率、色度的影响.树脂的收率随着反应时间的延长和反应温度的升高而增大,当反应温度超过240℃,反应时间超过8h后,石油树脂的收率趋于稳定;随着反应时间的延长,树脂的软化点逐渐降低,树脂的色度逐渐增大.综合分析得适宜的C9石油树脂制备工艺条件为:反应时间8h,反应温度230℃,反应压力0.6MPa.

Abstract:C9 petroleum resin was prepared by thermal polymerization from C9 distillate fractions of ethylene pyrolysis in this paper. Influence of the reaction condition (reaction time, temperature and pressure) on the yield and chroma, petroleum resin bromine value and diene value of solvent oil was investigated. The cracking crude C9 fractions were analyzed by infrared spectrum (IR) . The softening point and chroma of petroleum resin was also measured with standard test. The experimental results showed that the composition of C9 distillate fractions was very complex, and the main active ingredients were styrene and its homologues. The petroleum resin yield increased with the increase of reaction time or temperature, when the reaction temperature was above 240 ℃ or the time was beyond 8 h, the yield was tend to stabilize gradually. With the extension of reaction time, the bromine value, diene value of solvent oil and the softening point of resin declined gradually while the ehroma of resin increased. The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: the reactive time and temperature were 230 ℃ and 8h respectively, the reaction pressure was 0. 6 MPa.
