| 摘 要： | 针对目前国内外橡胶生产企业的实际生产状况，提出工控机与可编程控制器构成的分布式上下递阶结构的控制系统方案来改进生产工艺，并在可靠和稳定的前提下，提出了动态预测分段称量算法，对其中系统的落差补偿、粗流给料设定值的修正算法部分进行了详细的研究。通过实际运行表明，系统提高了称量的精度与速度，效果良好。

| Abstract: | Presents an IPC-PLC DCS for technology process control system of the adhesive mixture business aiming at the actual situation. Based on the high reliability, this applies new algorithm of measurement, realizes automatic compensation of dropping of material and automatic amendment of high-speed measurement in the dynamic measurement ,improves dynamic measurement precision and speed. |
