大断面盾构隧道施工技术问题研究

摘    要:随着大断面、超大断面盾构隧道的建设,盾构隧道施工过程所暴露出来的问题越来越突出,本文结合南京长江隧道泥水平衡式盾构施工,针对大断面盾构隧道施工中的切口水压、盾构掘进速度、同步注浆等施工参数的设定和衬砌管片上浮问题,分析了各种问题的原因、影响因素、导致的危害,并给出了一些相应的施工措施。

Abstract:With construction of big cross-section and super cross-section shield tunnel,the problems are more and more prominent in shield tunnel excavation.Connecting the excavation of Nanjing Yangtse Rive shield tunnel,the paper analyzes the excavation parameters influences and hurt on tunnel construction quality and shield segment uplifting,including hydraulic pressure on cross-section,shield shell excavation speed,synchro concrete mortar injected,ect.,and then offers some corresponding excavation measures.
