| 摘 要： | 针对目前传统的师范院校体育竞赛由公体部（ 室） 包办而引发的一系列问题，提出师院校体育竞赛应由各教学系分别主办，公体部（室） 给予指导、协助的承办制度改革措施，并对这一改革措施的可行性和意义进行了分析论述

| Abstract: | In view of the troubles caused by the teachers college P.E.competition habitually undertaken by the public P.E. department(office),the author suggests that the P.E. competition in teachers college should be sponsored by the general teaching department respectively and the public P.E. department or office only offers help or advice when necessary.In the article the author have expounded and proved that the reformation is feasible. |
