| 摘 要： | 无锡市是我国重要的机电五金产品生产、交易基地。作者通过抽样调查,基本摸清了无锡市机电五金行业企业的现状及经营者对行业发展的总体判断,提出建立无锡机电五金交易中心市场、实施人才兴业战略、发挥行业协会作用等建议。

| Abstract: | Wuxi is China＇s major electromechanical hardware production and trade base. Through large -scale sample survey, the author found out the current situation of Wuxi electromechanical hardware industry and the operator＇s overall judgement on the development of this industry. Bring forward suggestion such as building Wuxi eleetromechanical hardware business central market, to implement the human resources strategy, bring the industrial association effect into practice. |
