注塑模冷却CAD系统的研究与实现

摘    要:注塑模冷却系统设计是在注塑模设计的一个非常重要的环节,以电子接插件用塑件在注塑模设计为例,对注塑模冷却系统进行充分分析的基础上,开发了注塑模冷却CAD系统,该系统将制品进行基本分类,建立以菜单驱动检索的图形库,可以根据制品形状尺寸,大致确定模具外形尺雨和型芯型腔尺寸,并根据塑料材料的性能,加工工艺条件选择冷却方式等,粗略地确定出冷却管道的布置情况,预测制品的顶出温度,在进行预测值与期望值比较的基础

Abstract:The design of its cooling system is an essential loop in the design of injection mould. This paper, taking the design of plastic injection mould of electronic switches and connections as an example, gives a detailed analysis of the cooling system, and develops a CAD system for injection mould cooling system which divides products into some basic types and establishes a menu-driven graphic library. Therefore, the rough outer dimensions, the size of core and cavity of the mould can be known based on the dimensions of products. In addition, the lay-out diagram of cooling pipelines and ejector temperature can be foreseen according to the nature of plastics, the cooling method stipulated by technology, etc.. After comparing the predicted value with the expected value, relevant parameters are adjusted so as to provide finding and selection of cooling method, and automatically output the assembly diagram and design result in response to the user's demand. The object-oriented programming approach is used throughout the whole study process. With AutoCAD R14 and Visual C 4.2, good result is achieved in applying ARX programming approach. The study undertaken in this paper is not only of practical value to quality improvement and productivity increase of switches and connections, but enlightening to the study of similar products as well.
