捕蝇草的快速繁殖技术研究

摘    要:本文以捕蝇草的叶片,叶柄为外植体,比较了附加不同种类和浓度激素基对诱导不定芽生成的影响,实验证明,捕蝇草诱导芽的最适宜培养基为:1/2MS+NAA0.2mg/L 6-BA0.2mg/L.把分化出来的小苗分别移到不同培养基上,发现在1/5MS+NAA0.5-1.0mg/L培养基最有利于捕蝇草苗的生根。

Abstract:Leaf and leafstalk explants of Dionaea musci pula were cultured on mediums supplemented with different concentration and kinds of hormone.And the effect of the mediums on generation induction of advantag eous bud were compared, the result are in the follows: the most adaptive medium for induction of bud of Dionaea muscipula is 1/2MS N)0.2mg/L 6-BA0.2mg/L ;The most advantageous medium in the growth of the different plantlet of Diona ea muscipula is 1/5MS N)0.5-1.0 mg/L.
