Deepening Research on the Mode of University-enterprise Cooperation to Cultivate Engineering Postgraduates

In this paper, the effective approaches for the cultivation mode of school-enterprise cooperation for the engineering postgraduates are discussed through training program of engineering graduate, implementing dual tutorial, finishing the courses and practice teaching, writing the paper basic on the research projects and establishing the base of school-enterprise cooperation. The deepening research about the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation for engineering graduate is not only training the needing talents in order to enhance technology innovation and competitiveness of enterprise but also enhancing and improving the teacher’s quality, promoting the teaching and research for the teacher in order to resolve the practical problems from enterprise and inject unlimited vitality for the development of school.
