Several Issues on Central China's Rise and Its Countermeasures

Through discussion on the basic meaning and background of central China′s rise,this article analyzes the unique advantage of Henan Province in contrast with five other provinces in central China.It proves that among the development of six provinces in central China,Henan province boasts more comparative advantages than disadvantages,its total economic output,industrial base,location,population,resources and development potential are all advanced,which is expected to take the lead in achieving Central China′s Rise and takes the role of pioneer in the development of western regions.
