摘    要:详细介绍了多通道智能化同位素料位计(HT-5001C型同位素料位计)的设计思路、研究内容和实现手段.主机以AT89C51单片机作为核心部件,采用了I2C总线接口方式扩展了外围芯片,通过软件编程实现了智能巡检、数字滤波、故障自检等功能,使仪表具有思路明确、流程清晰、方法简单可行等特点,达到了系统设计要求,可广泛适用于化工、电力、水泥等行业的料位测控.

Abstract:HT-5001C Isotope Level is one kind of multichannel intelligent instrument.The text mainly introduces its design route,research content and realization methods.It took AT89C51 MCU as the core part,selected the I2C bus interface method to expand the periphery chip,realized the intelligence inspect,digital filter,breakdown self-checking through the software programming.It has met the system design requirements.It can be used in most detect-control circumstance,such as chemical industry,electric power,cement material and so on.
