丙型肝炎病毒抗体快速诊断试剂的方法学研究

通过将抗原片段用点膜仪固相在硝酸纤维素膜上,依次加入标本、生物素标记的IgG、链霉亲和素-碱性磷酸酶,最后加底物显色,建立一种快速、敏感、实用的丙型肝炎病毒抗体(抗-HCV)检测方法.结果表明,整个检测过程仅需15～25 min,操作简便,已通过"第3代ELISA抗-HCV诊断试剂国家参考品".该方法简便、快速,结果易判断,既有ELISA的特异性和灵敏性,又有金标记法的检测速度;既适合输血筛查实验,又适合临床常规检查.

Sensitive and Rapid Diagnosis of Antibody to Hepatitis C Virus

To establish a new rapidly,sensitively and practical way for detecting Hepatitis C Virus antibody by using BioGrid to fasten the antigen segments on the nitrocellulose membranes,then adding the serum,Bio-IgG and SAAP in turn,at last adding NBT/BCIP to make them show the colour.The result demonstrated that it is easy to finish the whole course and only needed 15 to 25 minutes all the process and this detecting way has passed "The check of the third-ELISA HCV-Ab diagnostic reagent provided by National institute for the control of Pharmaceutical and Biological products(NICPBP) which used for the nation reference." This way is very convenient,rapid and its result is easy to be judged.It is not only as sensitive and specific as ELISA,but also has the fast testing speed of colloid gold-immunochromatography assay(GICA).This way is fit both for sitting of blood transfusion and routine examination of clinical medicine.
