基于信息扩散理论的绿色建筑部品评价研究(英文)

绿色建筑评价工作是绿色建筑系统研究工作中重要的组成部分.建筑部品的绿色度评价是绿色建筑评价工作的基础.通过建筑部品的绿色度评价,构建起了从建筑材料到建筑物绿色度评价的桥梁,从而使绿色建筑评价更为科学与合理.应用PERT技术的三点估计,从而充分考虑了专家意见的波动性;信息扩散和模拟技术的应用弥补了样本数据的不足;通过建立绿色度效用函数,使建筑部品的评价在一定程度上摆脱了专家主观性的影响,保证了评价结果的客观公正.

The Green Construction Part Evaluation Research Based on Theory of Information Diffusion

The evaluation work of the green building is the important component of the research on the green building system.The green degree evaluation of the construction parts is the foundation of the evaluation work of the green building.Through the green degree evaluation of the construction parts,the bridge from the construction material to the architecture green degree evaluation is built.This makes the evaluation work of the green building be more scientific and reasonable.In this paper,the authors employed the three points estimates of the PERT technology to consider the undulatory character of experts' advice fully;The application of information diffusion and the simulation technology compensates the incompleteness of the sample data;Through the establishment of the green degree performance function,we can make the construction parts evaluation get rid of expert's subjective influence to some extent,and guarantee the evaluation result fairly objective.
