| 摘 要： | 针对目前存在的电网结构薄弱、电能质量较差、线损高、技术水平低等问题而导致的供电可靠率较低的现象及供电距离远、负荷分散、随季节变化显著等特点,提出了提高县级电网可靠性的策略以及在县级电网改造建设中应采取的主要措施。

| Abstract: | In the light of the phenomenon that the power-supply reliability is lower caused by the currently existing problems of the weaker structure of the electric network,the poorer quality of the electric power,and the lower technical level,etc.and the features of the longer power-supply distance,the scattered loads,and obvious variation with the season,etc.,this paper puts forward some strategies for increasing the power-supply reliability of the county-level electric network and some main measures that should be adopted in the transformation construction of the county-level electric network. |
