牛头刨多目标优化设计

摘    要:减小刀具速度波动,可以提高牛头刨的加工精度、表面光洁度及刀具的寿命。本文用工作行程中速度的平均平方偏差及最大速度差来描述刀具速度波动,并以此为评价函数,采用多目标优化设计方法,确定牛头刨的主传动拉杆尺寸。

Abstract:When the wave of speed of a cutter is decreased, the working accuracy of the crank-shaper, the life expectance of the cutter and the smoothness of the working surface can thus be increased. In this article, the wave of cutting speed is described as the deviation of mean square and the maximum deviation of speed during the working stroke. Then using it as an evaluation function, the dimensions of main linkage of the crank-shaper can be determined by means of a multi-aims optimized design.
