燃料计量系统PWM突变故障仿真分析与实验

摘    要:在流量连续性和力平衡原理的基础上,借助Matlab软件,通过故障试验数据的数值分析,建立了燃料计量系统数学拟合模型,代替了求解非线性动态滑阀压力场复杂偏微分方程,得到了压力分布随滑阀移动的非线性压力系数变化规律,并通过仿真模型对重要参数进行了优化设计,有效地增强了占空比信号随发动机燃烧室背压变化的抗干扰能力,仿真模型可以作为燃料计量系统滑阀压力场分布规律及系统研究的工程研究方案,优化设计后的产品通过了试验考核.

Abstract:A mathematical model of the fuel metering system is established on the basis of the numerical analysis and with the help of MATLAB software.The law of variation of non-linear pressure coefficients is obtained,where the pressure distribution changes with the motion of sliding value.An optimized design of important parameters is made by the simulation model,effectively increasing the anti-jamming capability with the back pressure of engine combustion chamber.This model can be used as an important reference to the law of pressure distribution and its systematic study.The products of the design have passed the tests.
