摘    要:近年来,多孔金属材料作为一种新型材料,因其具有优良的吸声性能而越来越引起人们的关注。而在多孔金属材料一侧添加背衬是一种提高吸声性能的有效可行的方法。通过分析影响多孔金属材料吸声性能的主要因素,推导出材料的最佳厚度范围;进一步针对有无空气背衬的比较,分析其对多孔金材料吸声性能的影响。结果验证了材料背后留有空腔,能有效地提高材料的吸声性能。

Abstract:In recent years, the people have paid more and more attention to the porous metal materials as new materials because of their excellent absorption properties. Adding a back lining at one side of the porous metal material is an effective and workable way to improve its sound absorption properties. This paper derives the best range of thickness of the materials by analyzing the main factors influencing the sound absorption properties of porous metal materials. According to the comparison of back linings with air or without air, we studied its effect on the sound absorption properties of porous metal materials. The results validate that the material with cavity at its back can effectively increase the sound absorption properties of materials.
