| Abstract: | The cyclic voltammograms of superoxide dismutase (Cu,Zn--SOD) were investigatedon various type working electrodes made of different materials, such as glassy carbon, platinum,silver and gold. A quasi--reversible wave has observed only on gold minigrid thin--layer electrodeor gold micro--disk electrode. The electrochemical reaction parameters, such as the formal potential E0, diffusion coefficient D and standard rate constant k0 were estimated. |
