| 摘 要： | 井冈山革命斗争时期的干部教育是培养我党我军干部的伟大实践，其理想信念坚定、服务大局的教育理念，与革命实践紧密结合、学以致用的教育内容，灵活实用的教育机制，多样实效的教育方法方式，都是在缺乏足够外援的情况下，自力更生、开拓创新出来的。

| Abstract: | The cadre education during the period of struggle in the Jinggang Mountains was a great practice in training cadres for our Party and our troops.It was in the circumstances of lacking enough aid that our Party created the education idea of firm faith and putting the interests of the whole before anything else,the education content of combining theories with concrete practice and studying for the purpose of application,the flexible and useful education system,and variable and effective ways of education. |
