湿热环境下丛生竹与毛竹地板的尺寸稳定性

摘    要:模拟冬季和夏季室内湿热环境条件,对国产毛竹地板和印度丛生竹地板进行湿热处理,测试了丛生竹地板和毛竹地板湿热处理期间的含水率变化和尺寸稳定性。结果表明:夏季高温湿热环境对竹地板吸湿及尺寸稳定性影响较明显,丛生竹地板和毛竹地板的吸湿性能变化规律基本符合菲克定律,且两者变化规律相似;但冬季湿热环境对竹地板影响较小。总体看丛生竹地板的吸湿平衡含水率和吸湿速率较毛竹地板的高。两者总体上的尺寸变化率和吸湿性均与美国的红橡地板相近,满足地板的使用要求。

Abstract:The moisture change and dimensional stability of the sympodial bamboo floor made in India and the commercial moso bamboo flooring made in China under indoor hygrothermal environment that simulated condition of winter and summer were studied in this paper.The moisture absorption change abided by the Fick rule and dimensional change of the two kind of bamboo flooring were very similar.The results showed that the equal moisture content and moisture absorption speed of the sympodial flooring were higher than th...
