稳态气孔计法和标准浸水法测定杨树蒸腾耗水的比较

摘    要:为了用标准浸水法校正稳态气孔计法测定的蒸腾耗水速率,在2008年5月,采用稳态气孔计法和标准枝浸水法对高密市林业局苗圃内4年生8个杨树无性系叶片的蒸腾耗水速率进行测定。结果表明:2种方法所测定的蒸腾耗水速率日变化均呈单峰型,稳态气孔计法测定的蒸腾耗水速率明显大于标准枝浸水法测定值;2种方法测定的蒸腾耗水速率在蒸腾速率较低时差值较小,随着蒸腾速率增加则差值逐渐增大;2种方法测定的蒸腾耗水速率呈较好的线性关系,相关系数R2>0.8,相关性均达到显著水平。此项研究可作为利用稳态气孔计测定杨树无性系蒸腾耗水校准值的参考。
