| 摘 要： | "社会更加和谐"是党的十六大作为全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标提出的.党的十六届四中全会又把不断提高构建社会主义和谐社会的能力作为加强党的执政能力建设的一个主要任务.和谐社会概念的内涵和外延都相当丰富,主要是指人们之间的相处和谐,其特征为民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处六个方面.法治是一个多义的概念,作为工具性价值,是建设社会主义和谐社会的基石.

| Abstract: | "A more harmonious society" is one purpose to wholly build a well-off society in the 16~(th) National Congress of CPC.Constructing socialist harmonious society is one of main tasks of reinforcing ruling capacity of the Party.Harmonious society includes rich meaning,but chief implication is harmonious living between people and people.Its characteristics include six facets,namely,democracy and ruling by law,fair and justice,honesty and love,full of vitality,stability and order,harmonious living between people and nature.Ruling by law involve meaningful concepts,as a kind of implement,it is the corner stone of constructing socialist harmonious society. |
