伊利石活化钾及其机理的探讨

摘    要:利用添加助剂和热活化相结合的方法,进行了对河南鲁山伊利石的钾活化实验;通过正交实验,研究了使用两种不同添加剂时温度、添加剂的浓度、陈化时间、添加剂的用量和保温时间对活化效果的影响,确定了两种添加剂的最佳活化工艺条件,获得了较高的钾的活化率。通过对原样和活化样品进行粉晶X射线分析、红外光谱分析和差热分析,研究了伊利石的释钾机理,认为伊利石的活化释钾过程是其结构发生局部变化和调整的过程。伊利石的结构变化和调整包括吸附水的脱除、部分八面体羟基的脱除和主要化学键振动频率的降低。证实了前人提出的伊利石钾的释放主要与结构八面体羟基的脱除有关的论点,同时指出伊利石主要化学键振动频率的降低对释钾可能存在影响。

Abstract:Thermal-activation of ilite from Lucien,Henna province has been conducted with the help of two additives. Through orthogonal experiments, the effects of additive concentration and dosage, temperature and time of thermal treatment and deposit time of additive-treated sample on the potassium release of ielite have been studied in detail. Optimism activation condition of Lucian ilite has been found and under this optimal activation condition, the maximum potassium release of Lucien ilite obtained are 20% and 25% for additive 1 and additive 2 respectively. By means of XRD,DTA and FT-IR, activation mechanism of elite was investigated. Results show that potassium release of ilite is closely related to its structural adjustment which include the removal of the interlayer absorbed water, removal of octahedral hydroxyl and the shift of vibration frequency of primary chemical bonds toward lower side. The effect of vibration frequency shifting of primary chemical bonds toward lower side on potassium release of elite needs further studies.
