北京城市公园旅游解说系统研究——以陶然亭公园为例

随着旅游业的快速发展,旅游解说系统已成为影响游客旅游体验质量和衡量景区服务标准的重要因素.国外在旅游解说这一领域的研究起步较早,我国国内对解说系统的研究尚处于起步阶段,关于旅游解说系统的论文、著作罕见.为了更好的提高游客的休闲质量,满足游客求知心理,将单纯的游玩转化成以人文历史知识为背景的更深层次的欣赏,本文以陶然亭公园为研究对象,采用实地调研的方式,通过对公园游客和工作人员的访问,对公园的旅游解说现状、旅游解说的相关问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决方案.

The Research on Tourism Interpretation System of Beijing Urban Gardens

Along with the fast development of the tourism industry,the tourism interpretation system that is one of tourism supports systems,has become the important factor and standards to affect the visitors' tour experience and measure the service of the view area.The perfect tourism interpretation system of the view area can provide the humanized service for the visitors,and can performance the cultural essence of the beautiful view.At abroad,the starting of the research of tourism interpretation realm is early,comparely,the domestic research is placed in the start stage,the thesis and works of tourism interpretation system are rare,the number of researchers is very few.For the sake of raising the recreational quantity of visitors,satisfying the visitors' understanding,transforming play to the enjoys with deeper humanities history knowledge background,with the joyful pavilion park for a point research object,adopting the way of on-the-spot investigation,investigating and interviewing the visitors and staff members of this park,this paper carries on the analysis to the present condition and the related problems of the tourism interpretation,and put forward to correspond solution.
