新型胺类抗剥落剂抗高温性能研究

摘    要:胺类抗剥落剂可以很好地提升沥青与酸性集料间的粘附性,但常因高温环境下失活,限制了其使用,为此研发了一种新型胺类抗剥落剂,研究了不同抗剥落剂掺量下沥青老化前后的各项路用性能。结果表明:该胺类抗剥落剂能有效提升沥青与酸性集料间粘附性,在经170℃高温老化后依然表现出良好的活性,能显著提高沥青混合料的水稳定性,并对混合料的高低温性能有一定的改善效果,最终确定最佳掺量为0.4%。

Abstract:Adhesion between the asphalt and acid aggregates can be enhanced by amine--based anti--stripping agent, but its use are limited due to the lack of high-temperature stability. A new type of amine anti--stripping agent is invented, and the road performance of asphalt mixture is researched under different anti--stripping agent dosage. The results show that the adhesion between the asphalt and the acidic aggregate can be effectively enhanced by the amine anti--stripping agent, good activity was showed after 170 ℃ high temperature aging, and the high--temperature and low--temperature stability of the mixture can be a bit better, the best content is ultimately determined to be 0.4%.
