| Abstract: | According to the practice on the building of MIS that authors participate in, the paper gives the devision of the stage of the MIS on a theoretical level. Also it gives the task and the steps of the MIS whole design, presents tactics on how to develop MIS. And it discusses some important points during the building of MIS. This paper may provide a reference to those organizations that work on the whole design and building of MIS and those person who are engaged in the development of MIS. |
