| 摘 要： | 当前我国民间组织的发展面临许多问题,主要有：有关民间组织的法律法规不健全,民间组织自身在内部管理、资源经费、能力经验等方面存在一些偏差以及发展不平衡,等等。为此,须完善有关民间组织的法律法规;建立内外结合的监督机制;转变政府职能,确立民间组织与政府的合作性原则;营造良好的舆论氛围,塑造民间组织良好的社会形象。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the existing problems of China's nongovernmental organizations,which mainly lie in that relevant laws and regulations are not perfect,their internal problems and disequilibrium in development,etc.and tentatively puts forward some suggestions as perfecting laws and regulations,establishing internal and external supervisory mechanism,changing government functions,determining nongovernmental and governmental cooperative principles,creating a good atmosphere for public opinions and shaping... |
